3. Nature of the Services
This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.
3.1. Black Rocket is a trading skill evaluation platform. Black Rocket is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fund manager or regulated provider of financial services.
3.2. All accounts, including Challenge Accounts and Funded Accounts, are simulated. Your trades are simulated based on real market prices, but no trade is executed in your name or with your money in any real market.
3.3. Simulated Capital does not belong to you, has no monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or sold.
3.4. The Challenge Fee is the price of an evaluation service. It is not a deposit, investment or funds held in trust, and it is not credited to your trading account.
3.5. Payments made to Funded Account users are Performance Rewards, calculated based on the results of a simulated account. These payments are not investment returns or profits from real trading.
3.6. Black Rocket may, at its discretion, use Users' trading data for risk management, analytical purposes or its own business decisions. This does not give the User any rights in relation to the results of such decisions.
3.7. No part of the Services, website content, educational materials or communications from Black Rocket constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
4. Eligibility
4.1. To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
4.2. Each natural person may hold only one user account. A single user account may hold multiple active Challenges at the same time, subject to the maximum aggregate capital set out in the Challenge Rules.
5. Registration and Identity Verification
5.1. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to update it if it changes.
5.2. Black Rocket may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before any Performance Reward is paid. Required information includes your national ID number and date of birth, together with one of the following documents: a new national smart ID card, a birth certificate with photo, a driver's license, or a passport.
5.3. Failure to provide the requested documents, or providing documents that are incorrect, forged or belong to another person, will result in suspension or closure of the account without refund of fees and without payment of any Performance Reward.
5.4. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity on your account is deemed to be your own activity.
5.5. Your user account is personal and non-transferable. Assigning, selling, sharing or allowing another person to use your account, including having your account managed by a third party, is prohibited.
6. Challenge Purchase and Payment
6.1. The fee for each Challenge is displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Black Rocket may change prices at any time; such changes do not affect Challenges already purchased.
6.2. Accepted payment methods: Iranian Rial (IRR), and USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) networks.
6.3. For payments in Iranian Rial, the amount is calculated based on the exchange rate displayed at the time of payment.
6.4. The Challenge Account is activated instantly upon confirmation of payment.
6.5. The conditions for refunding the Challenge Fee are set out in the Refund Policy.
6.6. Use of discount codes is subject to the conditions announced for each code. Black Rocket may cancel any code that has been misused.
6.7. Reversing a payment through a bank or payment provider (chargeback) after the Services have been used is considered a breach of these Terms, and Black Rocket may close all related accounts.
7. Challenge Rules
7.1. The details of each Challenge — including the number of Phases, the profit target of each Phase, the daily loss limit, the overall loss limit, the minimum trading days, the leverage limits, the tradable instruments and the fees — are published on the Challenge Rules page and form an integral part of these Terms.
7.2. The Challenge Rules in effect at the time of purchase apply to that Challenge until it ends. Subsequent changes do not affect active Challenges, except where necessary to correct an error or prevent abuse.
7.3. Calculation principles:
- The daily loss limit and the overall loss limit are calculated on the basis of Equity; that is, the floating profit and loss of open positions and fees paid are included in the calculation.
- The overall loss limit is calculated from the initial account balance and does not change as the account becomes profitable.
- The profit target is calculated net of fees.
- A trading day is a day on which at least one closed trade has been recorded.
- The day boundary for all daily calculations is 00:00 UTC (03:30 Iran time).
7.4. Successful completion of a Phase is recorded only when all conditions of that Phase, including the profit target and the minimum trading days, have been met at the same time.
7.5. Before confirming completion of any Phase or issuing a Funded Account, Black Rocket may review the account's trading activity. This review takes up to 24 hours.
8. Trading Environment
8.1. Platform prices are sourced from market data providers. Black Rocket does not guarantee that these prices will be identical at all times to the prices on any specific exchange.
8.2. Fees: A fee is charged on each trade based on the total value of the position, both when opening and when closing. The rates are published in the Challenge Rules.
8.3. Margin mode and positions: Accounts use isolated margin and hedge mode. A description of these modes and their consequences is provided in the Challenge Rules and the platform guide, and the User is responsible for familiarizing themselves with them.
8.4. Leverage: The leverage limit varies by instrument and is published in the Challenge Rules. Black Rocket may reduce leverage limits during abnormal market conditions.
8.5. Price and execution errors: If a trade has been executed due to an obvious price error, data delay, technical malfunction or an abnormal price that does not correspond to the real market, Black Rocket has the right to correct or void that trade and reverse its effect on the account. This right applies in both directions — whether to the User's benefit or detriment.
8.6. Outages and maintenance: Black Rocket strives to keep the platform available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a technical outage directly results in an account Breach, the User may submit a review request within 36 hours. Black Rocket's decision is final.
8.7. The User is responsible for their own internet connection, equipment and software.
9. Prohibited Conduct
9.1. The following are prohibited, and Black Rocket may, at its discretion, apply the measures set out in Section 10 if any of them is detected:

- Trading on an account by anyone other than the account holder

9.3. Principle of equal application: The rules in this Section apply equally to all Users. Black Rocket does not use this Section to refuse legitimate payouts, and every decision is made on the basis of verifiable evidence.
10. Breach, Suspension and Account Closure
10.1. Breach of the Challenge Rules: If any loss limit is exceeded, the account is immediately deactivated, open positions are automatically closed and the Challenge is deemed to have ended. No debt is created for the User.
10.2. Breach of these Terms: If any prohibited conduct under Section 9 is detected, Black Rocket may take one or more of the following measures:
- Void the related trades
- Reset the account
- Suspend the account pending review
- Close the Challenge Account or Funded Account
- Withhold Performance Rewards related to the prohibited activity
- Close all accounts linked to the same person or group

10.3. Before applying any measure under Section 10.2 other than temporary suspension, Black Rocket will inform the User of the reason for the decision, and the User will have 72 hours to provide an explanation.
10.4. The User may close their account at any time. Closing the account means forfeiting any unpaid Performance Rewards, except rewards for which a request was submitted and approved before the account was closed.
10.5. Black Rocket may discontinue the Services entirely with 72 hours' prior notice. In such a case, approved Performance Rewards will be paid and the fees for active Challenges will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

11.6. Payment time: Approved Performance Rewards are paid within 72 hours.
11.7. Pre-payment review: Before each payment, Black Rocket reviews the account's activity for compliance with these Terms. If there is evidence of a breach, payment is suspended until the review is complete.
11.8. After each payment, the paid profit is deducted from the Funded Account, and the overall loss limit continues to be calculated based on the initial account balance.
